Once you have been informed that your abstract for presentation has been accepted, you or a co-author will be expected to register for the conference by the 20th July 2026 at the latest (deadline for registration).

All registration fees include VAT @ 20%

Early registration fees are only available for those who register and make full payment before the early registration deadline. If you register and do not make payment by the early registration deadline you will be invoiced for the late registration fee.

Once we receive your registration payment (either early bird rate or standard rate) your abstract will be formally included in the conference schedule. If we don’t hear from you by the deadline of registration, your work won’t be considered.

What is included in the registration fee?

• Full access to all conference sessions
• Attendance to Field Trip (to take place on the second day of the conference)
• Conference kit (includes name tag, program booklet)
• Morning & afternoon refreshment breaks plus lunch
• Attendance at the Welcome Reception, Networking Event, and Farewell Reception
• E- Copy of Abstract Book
• Certificate of participation issued by the Organizing Committee
